Cooking on the Ligurian Riviera

7 Days – 6 Nights

(Min 4 persons)

Day 1

Arrival at the “agriturismo” with a welcome drink. Typical dinner at restaurant. Overnight.

Day 2: Imperia and first cooking lesson

In the morning, guided visit of Imperia (Museum of the olive) and Porto Maurizio. Time for lunch. In the afternoon, you will attend your first cooking lesson. Dinner to follow.

Day 3: Oil tour and second cooking lesson

After breakfast, visit of olive grove and of olive-mill. Oil and food tasting. In the afternoon, second cooking lesson with following dinner.

Day 4: Wine tour and third cooking lesson

In the morning, visit of a vineyard with wine and food tasting. In the afternoon, third cooking lesson and dinner to follow.

Day 5: Medieval villages

In the morning, guided full day excursion through the surrounding medieval villages of Bussana Vecchia and Seborga. Lunch on your own. In the afternoon the excursion follows with the visit of Dolceacqua, Apricale and Baiardo. Back to the “agriturismo” for a short rest. Dinner on your own.

Day 6: French Riviera

After breakfast departure for a full day to Montecarlo by train. Time at leisure to visit Monaco. Optional visit of its Aquarium. Time for lunch and free afternoon. Dinner in restaurant on the way back and overnight.
