Day 1

Arrival and private transfer to B&B with welcome cocktail. Dinner at restaurant and overnight. 

Day 2: Discovering Genoa

After breakfast, guided visit of Genoa through its famous lanes to discover the main monuments of the biggest historical centre of Europe. Typical lunch in a friggitoria. Afternoon at leisure to walk throught the town. Diner and evening on your own.

Day 3: Undergrounds of Genoa and Righi

In the morning, guided visit of the undergrounds ways of Genoa. Time for lunch. In the afternoon, excursion to Righi with cable car which brings you to the hills of Genoa. Dinner at restaurant. 

Day 4: Old professions and train of Casella

In the morning, meet your guide to discover the history of the shops and corporations of Genoa through the toponomy (Piazza Caricamento, Via degli Orefici…). Time for lunch. In the afternoon, excursion with the train of Casella: the 80-year old train will bring you through the fields and fortifications of the 17th century of Genoa. Possibility of various walks along the way (fortresses, Villa Serra di Comago). Dinner and evening on your own. 

Day 5: Villa and Durazzo Pallavicini Park

After breakfast, visit of the garden of Durazzo Pallavicini Park, designed by Michele Canzio and example of the grotesque architecture of Genoa. Time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure for shopping. Dinner and evening on your own.

Day 6: Nervi, Boccadasse, Genoa

In the morning, departure to Nervi with the train for a walk along the sea, passing through the old fisher villane Boccadasse. Time for lunch. In the afternoon, guided visit of Genoa “between 19th and 20th centuries”, from Neoclasscism to skyscrapers. 

Day 7

After breakfast, private transfer to the airport.
